With temperatures dipping into the 30’s tonight (single digits for our fiends from the north) – it feels like winter – and we indeed have a ski race tomorrow morning even though we’re on wheels. There are 173 skiers on the start list tomorrow and we have a carnival atmosphere ready for all comers from throughout the region and beyond. There is Day of Race Registration so numbers could increase – adding to an already record breaking crowd – making this the largest rollerski race in North America.
Rossignol will be onsite with boot demos and the Ski Rack, NENSA, and Mansfield Nordic Club will have products for purchase. There will also be some food options. Further event notes.
