Updated for the 2023-24 season: NENSA and long-time sponsor, Swix, are teaming up to offer the BKL Apparel program again this year! We’ve created this webpage to address your questions. Please take the time to read through ALL the below information before contacting Swix. We look forward to seeing you in Swix this winter!
Who is this program for?
This program is for skiers, coaches, leaders, and caretakers/parents who are part of a current BKL NENSA Member Club.
When can we order?
Each BKL store will be open to team members for 7 days. All orders will be paid for individually on the webshop. Once the order window is closed, all orders will be drop-shipped to one point of contact for distribution.
How do we order?
The Swix Apparel program will be set up through Member Clubs with one bulk order placed per club. Payment will be handled individually through the web portal. Each club’s bulk order will be mailed to one single club address! To set up your club’s custom web portal, please have your club leader email Drew Gelinas, [email protected] & AND Peter Bauer [email protected]. They will need the club leader to set the desired opening and closing dates of the club’s web portal and share the club’s shipping address.
What is the estimated timeline?
From when the store is open, we anticipate a 4 week turnaround
Week 1 – Store is open for shopping
Week 2-3 – Orders are processed and items are shipped to the team point of contact.
Week 4 – Orders are delivered to the team point of contact.
What can we order?
Training jackets, training pants, and warm puffy coats for BKL skiers, coaches, and leaders (as supplies last). Here is the link to more information and all of the items available for purchase through this program.
What’s the deal with logos?
For the 2023/24 season, Swix will not be able to facilitate logos. If teams wish to add logos, they must source locally on their own.
Can we return items?
No. All sales are final.
