SMST2 Stratton Summit Race

If you want to challenge yourself in a beautiful setting, see where you stack up against some of the top skiers in the world and support a great cause then this is your event!

The race follows the work road from the base of the gondola to the top of Stratton Mountain. On top you will get spectacular views and a ride back down on the gondola. After the race you will have a chance to meet the USST skiers and ask questions. Posters, prizes and raffle awards will be given out from 11-12. There is a Youth Race for Under-14 which starts at the base and race 1/2 up mountain then hike to the top and take the gondola down.

Test your fitness against members of the SMST2 team, our professional cross country ski team that lives and trains in the Stratton area. This team includes athletes who have earned medals at World Junior Championships, U23 World Championships, World Championships and the Olympics.

All proceeds from the race go to the SMST2 team to help them with their travel expenses throughout the season.
