The Cambridge Sports Union held a very successful dry-land cross country ski clinic in 2022 and we hope you will join us this year and learn more regarding technique and skiing training opportunities. Beginner and Intermediate levels, with Chris City, former Harvard University Head XC Ski Coach

(participant parking will be allowed in same lot)
Schedule:
Beginners: 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Bring your classic ski poles if you have them, wear running shoes
- Equipment needs, proper fitting
- Learn Classic and Skate technique via dryland training drills
- Fitness tips and pre-winter training ideas
- Learn about Ski-Orienteering Opportunities
Intermediate: 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Bring your classic and skate poles and roller skis if you have them, wear running shoes
- Drills and assessment of technique
- XC ski skill development training
- Fitness tips and pre-winter and season training idea
- Learn about Ski-Orienteering Opportunities
CSU members: Free; Non-CSU members: $20
