NENSA strives to create an environment where athletes who choose to pursue excellence, can achieve success at the highest levels of the sport. Age and ability level opportunities exist in both competition season and training season with a clear pathway progression designed to challenge and educate a developing athlete. U.S. Ski & Snowboard Eastern Regional (REG) Camp Criteria for New England Athletes: NENSA uses Elite and Development Team criteria for REG qualification (U16-U20 athletes).
- If additional spots are still available the Junior Ranking List list is used.
- Depending on venue camps typically accommodate 36-46 athletes with an even male/female ratio.
- Mid Atlantic athletes also join the Eastern REG which influences camp composition.
