Maine:

  • Maine Adaptive: Adaptive sports and recreation for people with disabilities.
  • Adaptive Outdoor Education Center: A Maine-based organization with a mission to enhance the quality of life for all people with disabilities through adaptive recreation and education programs.
  • Central Maine Adaptive Sports: Adaptive ski lessons for people of all ages, with any disability: physical, mental and/or behavioral.

Massachusetts:

  • Massachusetts Department of Conservation & Recreation’s Universal Access Program: Provides outdoor recreation opportunities in Massachusetts state parks for visitors of all abilities.
  • Community Rowing Inc: Offers a broad range of programs for people with disabilities, from recreational and therapeutic to competitive rowing.
  • Holyoke Rows Inc: Offers the only adaptive rowing program for people with disabilities west of the Boston area.
  • Center for Human Development (CHD) All in (Barrier-Free Recreation): Barrier-free recreation allows everyone to live an active life. Whether you’re drawn to the beauty of dance or the thrill of rock climbing, we’ll help you pursue your passions.
  • AccesSport America: The mission of AccesSportAmerica is to inspire higher function and fitness for children and adults of all disabilities through high-challenge sports and training.
  • Adaptive Sports New England: A Massachusetts non-profit organization dedicated to increasing participation in sports among New England youth and young adults who have visual or mobility impairments.
  • Adaptive Climbing Group: Creates affordable and transformational climbing experiences for people with disabilities.

New Hampshire:

  • Mount Washington Valley Adaptive Sports: Offer increased access to athletic and recreational opportunities for persons with physical and/or cognitive disabilities that will create freedom, promote independence, support inclusion and help those individuals and their families discover their full social, mental and athletic potential.
  • Northeast Passage: Empowering individuals with disabilities to define, pursue, and achieve their therapeutic recreation and adaptive sports goals.
  • New England Disabled Sports: Providing adaptive sports instruction to students of varying abilities that meet the General Essential Eligibility Criteria.
  • New England Healing Sports Association: Serves individuals and families through adaptive sports, promoting healing and accomplishment.
  • Granite State Adaptive: Provide individuals who have a disability the opportunity to develop independence, confidence, life skills and fitness through participation in sports, therapy, training and recreation programs.
  • Lakes Region Disabled Sports at Gunstock: Help child and adult students with physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges to enjoy being on snow.  We have specially trained instructors and volunteers to make a memorable on snow experience.
  • Crotched Mountain Accessible Recreation and Sports: A program of Crotched Mountain Foundation that brings people living with disabilities together with family and friends in sporting activities.

New York:

  • Achilles International: Works to transform the lives of people with disabilities through athletic programs and social connection.
  • Adaptive Sports Foundation: Provides profound and life changing experiences for children and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities and chronic illnesses through outdoor physical activity, education, support, and community.
  • STRIDE Adaptive Sports: A mission to educate and empower individuals with special needs in life-changing sport and recreation programs to sustain healthy, active, and fun lifestyles.
  • Greek Peak Adaptive Snowsports: A mission to provide snowsports experiences and skill development for people with disabilities utilizing the safest and most effective adaptive equipment and qualified/trained volunteer staff in a fun, supportive, and positive learning atmosphere.
  • Lounsbury Adaptive Ski Program: Teaches persons of various disabilities to become skiers and experience a degree of freedom, confidence and independence previously unknown to them.
  • World T.E.A.M. Sports: Brings adaptive and able-bodied athletes together by empowering, enabling and engaging individuals through inclusive athletic programs.
  • Capital Region Nordic Alliance: Committed to providing trauma free physical, psychological, and spiritual paralympic experiences in XC Skiing, Biathlon, Snowshoeing, Orienteering and Parabobsled/skeleton to all who wish to try at any level.
  • Wheelchair Sports Federation: Provides opportunities for the disabled and wheelchair-bound adults and youth to play sports recreationally and competitively.
  • Adaptive Climbing Group: Creates affordable and transformational climbing experiences for people with disabilities.

Vermont:

  • Bart J Ruggiere Adaptive Sports Center: Offers ski and snowboard lessons for people that have a cognitive and/or physical disability at Bromley, Stratton, and The Hermitage Mountains.
  • Northeast Disabled Athletic Association: Has a mission is to provide recreational and competitive athletic opportunities for people with physical disabilities, and to support disabled athletes in their pursuit of excellence.
  • Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports: A nationally recognized organization that empowers people of all abilities through inclusive sports and recreational programming regardless of ability to pay.
  • Green Mountain Adaptive Sports: Has a mission is to improve the quality of life for people living with a disability residing in or visiting Vermont through access to sports and recreational activities.

A fantastic finish to NENSA's Popular races at The A fantastic finish to NENSA's Popular races at The Henchey Memorial New England Club Relay
Championships.
@craftsburyoutdoorcenter not only put on another first rate show, but they also put together nine (!) complete teams for the Club relay. This effort (and a third place finish in the Nat'| Champ relay) jumped the Craftsbury squad from third to first in the year long Club Score.
With 44 teams in the 4×5km relay we present 7 victorious teams:
