World Cup Future Stars Sprint
Saturday, March 21 | 3pm
If you’ve been watching World Cup and Olympic races and wondering what it would be like to ski a lap in your heroes’ boots, here’s your chance to give it a go. Following the World Cup Sprint Finals on Saturday, March 21, youth in 5th through 8th grades (U12/U14) will be given the opportunity to ski the very same sprint course as World Cup athletes raced on earlier that day.

One Last Lap
Youth & Junior celebration ski with retiring World Cup racers
Sunday, March 22 | 4:35-5pm
Lake Placid is the final stop on this winter’s World Cup schedule. Following the 20k mass start races on Sunday, some World Cup athletes plan to hang up their professional ski boots, not just for the season, but for good. As hosts of this World Cup Final, we want to let them know how much we respect and adore them by sending them off with a ceremonial “One Last Lap” in the company of their biggest fans.
Youth, from 1st graders up to U18’s are invited to join in the celebration by skiing a portion of the stadium loop with retiring athletes. Ski rentals available here.
