Welcome to the 9th Annual Race for Snow! The Race for Snow is a cross-country ski race run by a group of high school students (who are part of Eastern Mass XC – EMXC) to raise money for climate change mitigation. A great taste of urban ski racing done New England-stlye at the Weston Ski Track, outside of Boston, MA. Back as an evening race on Saturday, January 31st, 2026.
The Race for Snow – Saturday, January 31st Freestyle Mass Start Races (NOTE: This is an Evening Race with first start times at 5:15pm for BKL, and 6:30pm for Adult races).
- Distances of up to 10 k, 5 k, and full slate of BKL Races Available, as snow availability allows.
- Open and Para Ski options.
- Scored to the Zak Cup.
Proceeds from the Race For Snow go to Protect Our Winters. There is also an accompanying fundraising auction that you can find HERE.
