Ben Theyerl · July 23, 2025 ·

REGISTRATION HERE

Sunday November 2nd, 2025
Part of the 2025 NENSA Rollerski Race Series

**All participants should review the event information posted in the SkiReg Event Notes prior to registering**

Berkshire Nordic, the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Resources (Mass DCR), and NENSA are excited to again offer the popular ski to the top of the Commonwealth!

A rollerski series finale (we’ll look forward to the snow starting to fall as we drive away!)

A Classic hill climb offering a safe, challenging and fun climb up one of New England’s most iconic climbs.

2024 Recap HERE.

Please review NENSA’s Rollerski Procedures prior to competing HERE.

Length: 12 k Open (600m elevation gain) Classic Hill Climb. Short Course Option: 5 k (200m elevation gain)

Technique: Classic.

Start time: Details forthcoming.

Start interval: Mass Start.

Field Restrictions: None.

Registration Fee: $35 (NENSA Members), $45 (Non-NENSA Members).

Course Notes: This course ascends the South toll road on Mt. Greylock (the Lanesborough side, if you are in North Adams you are on the wrong side of the mountain!). Climb is overall moderately steep, with steep pitches at beginning and end. Middle of the course is rolling and even flat in some sections.

Warm-up Notes: Warm-up areas are limited given the steepness of the road below park headquarters. Skiers should bring running shoes for warm-up. Carpooling is required in order to comply with Mass DCR’s restrictions on traffic during the offseason.
