The policy regarding refunds in the case of event cancellation should be stated on the entry form for the event. In the absence of a specific event cancellation policy, fifty percent of the entry fee will be refunded.
Refunds are not granted for event postponements.
For all NENSA events on SkiReg.com – full refunds are granted until the online registration is closed. Once registration is closed, refunds are not granted to individual athletes for illness or conflicts. Refunds do not include SkiReg service fees (~$3/entry).
For NENSA camps (REG and RDG) and trips (Junior Nationals), full refunds are granted until two weeks before the start of the camp or the trip departure date. After that date, a refund will be granted if an alternate athlete is able to be named.
For U16 and Eastern High School Championships, cancellation policy is addressed by the host venue.
