Attendees MUST follow NENSA’s COVID Requirements, the Maine State Regulations, and Quarry Road’s Regulations.
Face Coverings: As per state and venue requirements, everyone at Quarry Road Trails must wear a face covering over their nose and mouth AT ALL TIMES (even while racing)! Abiding by this requirement is non-negotiable and helps keep you and all those around you as safe as possible and we thank you for your care and consideration. Please note that the jury reserves the right to levy sanctions (including potential for disqualification with visual and documented proof of egregious non-compliance) if proper face covering protocol is not followed. We strongly encourage the use of double layer face coverings or surgical masks as opposed to single layer buffs and masks.
No Spectating: Spectating is prohibited and all accompanying family members must remain in their cars or leave the venue for the duration of the event. All coaches will be given bibs for course access.
No Indoor Facilities Use: There will be no indoor space provided at the venue. You must base out of your vehicle while at Quarry Road. Athletes (and their coaches) are expected to depart the venue as soon as their second race is over and they have cooled down. There will be bathrooms on site!
Health Screening: All competitors must fill out a Pre-Event Health Screen by 5pm on Thursday February 25th or they will not be allowed to compete. NENSA will distribute the Pre-Event Health Screen as soon as registration closes on Wednesday February 24th. Coaches are also subject to NENSA Health Screening. All attendees will also be required to fill out the CDC Facilities Health Screen the day of the event and show proof of completion upon arrival at the venue. A COVID Coordinator/Controller will be present during the entire event.
