Freeman Frost White Mountain Half Marathon – One Day Club Championships

2020 will be the 17th year that the Freeman Frost White Mountain Half Marathon / NENSA 1 Day Championship event has taken place in Jackson, NH. The favorite event lunch run by the Jackson Grammar School also acts as one of the school’s major fundraisers. This is a classic technique marathon utilizing the unique trail systems in and around Jackson Village. The course includes Jackson’s FIS Homologated Course, Wentworth Golf Course, and Eagle Mountain Fields. Entry includes food stations, post-race meal, awards and random prizes to both racers and tourers. All proceeds will benefit the JXN XC Junior Nordic Program. IT’S ALL FOR THE KIDS!
Touring Classes are untimed. All skiers 13 and under must tour with an adult. BIB PICKUP: Race HQ, Jackson Ski Touring Foundation (JSTF), Jackson Village: – Saturday 1/25/19 – 5:00-7:00 PM – Saturday 1/26/19 – 7:00-9:00 AM PARKING ON RACE DAY: Parking is available at Jackson Ski Touring Center. Additional parking at the Town Hall, Grammar School, and Town Office/new Library lot. The Jackson Ski Touring Center is located at 153 Main Street (Rte 16A) , Jackson, NH. Racers: $50 If received by 11:00 pm on 1/11/19 $65 1/12/19 – 1/24/19 at 12:00 pm $100 Day of Race Registration until 9:00am. Tourers: $40 If received by 11:00 pm on 1/11/19 $65 1/12/19 – 1/24/19 at 11:00 pm $100 Day of Race Registration until 9:00am. Kids 13 and under and touring with a participating adult: $20 if received by 1/25/19. On line Registration is officially closed for everyone at 11:00 pm on 1/24/19 or earlier if the 400-person limit is reached.
If you are affiliated with a ski club, please be sure to enter it in the “Team/Club/Company” field when registering. This will be used to calculate results for the NENSA One-Day Club Championship. There will be no refunds if the event is postponed or cancelled. Since the race motto is “IT’S ALL FOR THE KIDS!” we are pleased to offer a reduced fee of $20 per student for organized high school ski teams participating in the 22K Tour (not race).
