GNA Summer Training Camp #1

• Mon July 19 – Fri July 23, Middle-School Day Camp based at the GNA Clubhouse
  • Fee for the week – $150
  • No sleep-over option again this year – Day Camp really worked out well last year
  • Limited to 15 middle-school aged athletes who want to improve their Nordic skiing
  • This is a co-ed camp
  • Lunch provided each day, bring your own snacks and drinks
  • A mixture of Dryland and Rollerski Training sessions
  • Ideally, you will bring your own roller-ski equipment… but we may be able to borrow some from other GNA athletes during this week
  • Other fun activities too… details TBD
  • Coached by Nina, with assistance from some of our talented High School aged athletes

• Three options for middle- and high-school aged skiers
  • full-time (6 days per week with some double sessions), Mondays off, runs mid-June thru end of August, $600
  • part-time (3 sessions per week), Mondays off, runs mid-June thru end of August, $300
  • per-session ($15), Mondays off, runs mid-June thru end of August, $15 per session
  • GNA has a limited selection of ‘combi’ rollerskis available for lease, but we encourage you to buy your own…

  • Please Note: for all of these training programs, you need to communicate with coach Nina about your plans for the summer, and on a weekly basis.  It’s impossible for Nina to plan for each session, and provide individual support, without knowing who is going to show up on any given day
