This page serves as a resource hub for NENSA Event Organizers and Technical Delegates (TDs), bringing together the tools, guidance, and reference materials needed to plan, manage, and officiate successful Nordic ski events. Resources include event management manuals and checklists, registration and volunteer tools, safety and emergency planning materials, race rules, para integration guidance, snow management resources, officials’ procedures, forms, and race-format reference materials. Event Evaluation Checklist: This page can be used by organizers to check their preparations. It will also be used as an evaluation check-list by NENSA representatives upon the conclusion of the event.
Registration Tools (SkiReg): SkiReg is a a specialized online event registration and management platform that NENSA and many of our community partners and clubs use for event and program registration. In addition to managing registration, the platform also has integrated payment and communication functionality.

Emergency Plan: All NENSA Series events must have a written medical emergency plan in place prior to the event. NENSA offers a set of recommendations and an emergency plan template that was developed in conjunction with medical professionals including physicians and EMT and SAR specialists.

The Snow Competency Centre: Norwegian center for practical knowledge in cost- and energy efficient production, storage, grooming and preservation of snow. Partners include The Norwegian Ski Federation, the Norwegian Biathlon Association, the City of Trondheim, SINTEF and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
Sustainable Snow Management Project: An EU co-funded, Erasmus+-backed initiative that identified practical ways to make cross-country ski venues and events more climate-resilient and resource-efficient. Key findings cover snowmaking, storage, grooming, energy and water use, monitoring, and long-term venue planning.
