NENSA Coach Development focus areas:
1. Leadership and Community Development –NENSA views coach development akin to athlete development. We believe in an ongoing process in which coaches their own unique talents and abilities.
2. Technical Ski Skills – NENSA also recognizes that nordic skiing is a technical sport, and is committed to providing contemporary resources that equip coaches and skiers to be best versions of who they can be.
3. Performance Knowledge – Nordic skiing is an endurance sport, and integrating the latest knowledge on performance is key to empowering competitive skier success.
