In two weeks, coaches from around the East will gather in Dublin, New Hampshire for a day filled with clinics, socialization and an opportunity to interact with an expert panel of coach and industry leaders. NENSA is proud to offer opportunities for U.S. Ski & Snowboard certifications, and more importantly provide a space for coaches to gather, share ideas, and learn from each other.
We’ve adopted #skiingbettertogether for the 2023-24 season across all of our programming, and the tag couldn’t be more apt for you — coaches — the ones who motivate our community. Your investment in collaborative coaching ensures that athletes receive outstanding experiences, stimulates communication across the region, and make competitive events more inclusive.

Recognizing that U.S. Ski & Snowboard certification is only one component of continuing education, we are fortunate to have National Coach Developers offering two clinics as open experiences. This is an opportunity to integrate both coaches who wish to bolster their coaching portfolio and those who want to participate (and support) continuing education. It is our goal to promote certification and celebrate your efforts through exposure to this material, associated lectures and discussion. As awareness, L100 certification is slated to be a requirement for full participation in USSS sanctioned events during the 2024-25 season.
There is also the opportunity to meet and work with our new Youth and Introductory Program Director, Mackenzie Rizio, for Bill Koch Leader Training. Here’s more from Mackenzie!

NENSA’s Coaching Committee has been reinvigorated this summer and we are looking for feedback on how we can better support our community. In CONFERENCE REGISTRATION you have the ability to share topics you would like to add to the discussion or please feel free to reach out to [email protected]
We hope you consider joining us on September 30th!
For folks looking to gain L100 or L200 certifications you should now be able to sign up for the in-person practicums in your USSS online portal — if you are having any trouble with this process please reach out directly to [email protected]
